We've temporarily suspended our in-person worship gatherings. Join our worship live stream at 9:35am on Sunday!

Coronavirus

Here’s a message from Andy, our Sr. Minister, regarding the temporary suspension of worship gatherings in our main building.

Dear WellSpring family,

The realities of coronavirus have changed rapidly and significantly. I don’t think any of us would have imagined just how much has happened in the last few days: emergency declarations, empty arenas, scared citizens. Jesus challenges us to “not let our heart be troubled, but (instead to) trust in God.” His words still ring true today.

Tennessee’s Governor, Bill Lee, recently sent the following bulletin:

Heading into the weekend, many Tennesseans will be making decisions regarding faith gatherings and church attendance. Congregations and groups are urged to consider alternatives to traditional services by utilizing live streams, pre-recorded messages and other electronic means.

While gathering together at our ‘church’ feeds our souls in important ways, we also recognize that our faith has always been more than a building or a worship service. So this Sunday, we’re coming to you! We’ll meet for one service at 9:35 a.m. in your living room.

Go to www.wellspringchristian.org/live on Sunday morning around 9:30am; you’ll find links there to connect to our Facebook and YouTube Live streams. We will have a brief time of worship, guided moments of prayer, an opportunity to take communion as a family (grab some crackers & juice beforehand), an opportunity to give digitally, and then a message from God’s Word.

In the days ahead, our country will need the church! Please consider exercising your faith like never before: pray fervently, serve your neighbors, look for ways to help the sick or needy, and join us – remotely – at wellspringchristian.org/live.

I’ll ‘see’ you Sunday,

Andy
